I recently
received a voucher from Social Nature to redeem a free sample of Nasoya Organic Tofu Vegetable Dumplings. You can find them here. I picked mine up at Raley's Grocery Store. To receive this sample, I just
created a profile on Social Nature’s website & hit the red "WANT
IT" button for this item from their available list of products. I was just lucky enough to get picked to try
them!
For someone who likes a quick dish to cook and isn't an
expert in the kitchen, these were very easy to make. It took about 5 minutes, because they come
ready to cook. The filling was really
good and had a nice flavor, it didn't taste like "tofu" or anything
you might associate as having no flavor.
It crisped a little on the outside (or in my case a lot, I had the heat
too high, but luckily didn't burn it...yes!) and had a nice soft feeling.
I ate it with a side of the best sauce I
could find in my house which was sweet and sour. They are very filling. I ate about 7 with my sauce & was
filled. This pack could easily feed 2
people, 3 or more if you have other side dishes. It didn't have a "weird" organic
taste that might ward some people off.
This would be a great item to add to a shopping list for people trying
to switch to eating organic as well as organic foodies.
I would buy this, it is affordable & is a
healthy convenient meal to have handy, just add your favorite sauce if you
choose & you're all set.

I did a demo of cooking them (Video here):
