So this vlog is just going to be an update on my day/whats going on in my head right now. I need to "decompress". So I will start now.
I enjoy and love Youtube so much. it gives me such an escape from my day to day stressful routine. I was almost brought to tears today because the stress got so bad at work today. I almost just wanted to leave which is rare for me. I came to a point where I was completely overwhelmed my heart was racing, I felt like I was going to pass out. yea. that bad. who needs that? here's the weird thing though. I love my job. as crazy as it is from day to day, it challenges me, whether that's good or bad for me I have yet to determine. because the challenges are getting almost unbearable to deal with. I am in hr, among other things at my job, so there is neeeevveerr a dull moment there. drama here, drama there...I could go on.
I really need to take a vacation. I have 3 weeks to use before the end of the year. So I just need to plan what im going to do. I haven't used it yet, but really need to. vacation I feel though can sometimes be a double edged sword. You enjoy your time off, you feel all relaxed and refreshed, but then you get back and you see all this shit that may have piled up for you and your suddenly hit with reality again and again begins the same issues/problems.
but whatever, it is what it is....
I have really been looking for more things to do outside of work to help me relax, unwind, forget about everything, calm me down, refresh me, regain myself back. Because I don't feel like myself. I just feel like im this being that is just here to punch the clock and do my work and that is my life. that needs to stop.. life is sooo short.
work is important, but I need a balance. I have a hard time dealing with stress obviously but I am working on change...
so lets end this vlog on a weird random note...
